Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the company’s objectives.

- Create and update job descriptions to accurately reflect the responsibilities and qualifications of various roles.
- Assist in recruitment efforts by coordinating job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Handle employee onboarding, training, and performance management processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide HR-related support and guidance to employees and management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR management, HR policies, and employee relations.
- Experience in job description development and recruitment processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage relationships at all levels.
- Good understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
