Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities vary by role and include:
- Drivers (Car, LTV, House):
- Safely transport individuals or goods as per requirements.
- Perform routine vehicle checks and ensure timely maintenance.
- Maintain logs of trips and vehicle condition.
- Bike Riders/Riders:
- Deliver parcels, goods, or documents promptly.
- Follow safety and traffic regulations during deliveries.
- Driving Instructors (Ladies and Gents):
- Train and instruct individuals in safe driving techniques and traffic laws.
- Evaluate trainees and provide feedback for improvement.
(Additional responsibilities will be discussed during the interview.)
Qualifications
- Education: Minimum Middle or Matric.
- License: Valid driving license (LTV or motorcycle, as applicable).
- Experience: Prior experience in driving or as a driving instructor is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices.
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients or trainees.
- Ability to handle vehicle maintenance and minor troubleshooting.
