Qualifications
The ideal candidates should possess:
- Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in a relevant field (Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Social Sciences, Public Health, Media, etc.)
- MBBS for medical-related roles (Technical Advisor, Gender Specialist, etc.).
- P.G. Diploma, M.Sc., MS, or equivalent in relevant disciplines is also preferred.
- Experience:
- Candidates with experience in public health programs, project management, or related technical roles will be given preference.
- Proven experience in monitoring & evaluation, gender equality, or communication strategies is highly valued for relevant positions.
- Strong knowledge of public health policies, social safeguard programs, and the health sector in Sindh is an advantage.
