SOS Children’s Village of Pakistan is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director for Youth Home to lead and support the development of young residents. This role is crucial in ensuring a nurturing, structured, and empowering environment for youth transitioning into independent lives.
Key Responsibilities
As the Director Youth Home, you will:
- Oversee day-to-day operations and management of the SOS Youth Home.
- Foster a supportive environment that promotes personal growth, education, and skill development.
- Plan and implement programs for education, vocational training, and recreational activities.
- Supervise and mentor staff, ensuring the highest standard of care and support for youth.
- Build relationships with donors, stakeholders, and community partners to support the home’s initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of youth to ensure their successful transition into independence.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
- Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in youth development, social work, or management in the NGO sector.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated approach to working with youth.
- Other Requirements:
- Familiarity with NGO operations and community outreach.
- Knowledge of child development and youth counseling is a plus.
