Key Responsibilities
Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the highest standard of care and support for children and youth.
- Developing and implementing programs for education, skill development, and psychosocial well-being.
- Supervising and mentoring staff while ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and values.
- Managing resources efficiently, including budgets, facilities, and external partnerships.
- Building relationships with donors, community partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitoring and evaluating outcomes to ensure the effectiveness of programs.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Management, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven leadership experience in NGO, social work, or youth development programs.
- Familiarity with managing child and youth development programs is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of child protection policies and standards.
