Responsibilities

General Responsibilities (Applicable to all positions):

• Manage and oversee assigned tasks in construction, development, planning, or administrative duties.
• Ensure adherence to DHA standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with teams to achieve organizational goals and improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in meetings, reports, and audits as required.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Specific Responsibilities:

• For Engineering Roles (Assistant Executive Engineer, Xen, Sub Divisional Officer): Oversee project design, execution, and maintenance of infrastructure projects such as roads, electrical systems, and building works.
• For Planning and Surveying Roles (Deputy Director, Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor): Assist in urban planning and land surveying, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
• For Administrative Roles (Office Superintendent, Clerk, Personal Assistant): Provide administrative support to senior management, maintain records, and assist in office management tasks.

Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

• For Engineering Positions: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or relevant technical qualifications (e.g., B.E., DAE).
• For Administrative Positions: Intermediate, Matric, or Bachelor’s degree as specified in the respective job descriptions.
• For Surveyor and Planning Roles: Relevant qualifications in Urban Planning, Surveying, and related fields.
