Responsibilities
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

- CFO:

- Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, or CPA is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in financial management, preferably in a government or healthcare-related organization.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
- Company Secretary (CS):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- A recognized professional qualification in company secretarial practices (e.g., ICSI).
- Proven experience in corporate governance and legal compliance, preferably in a public sector or healthcare environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and legal skills.
