Sindh Integrated Emergency & Health Services (SIEHS), a leading public sector organization dedicated to providing emergency and healthcare services in Sindh, is seeking highly qualified and motivated professionals for the positions of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Company Secretary. Responsibilities

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

  • Develop and oversee the financial strategy, planning, and management of the organization.
  • Prepare and present accurate financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, audit standards, and government policies.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation effectively.
  • Support organizational decision-making with financial insights and recommendations.

Company Secretary

  • Ensure the organization complies with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain records of board meetings, resolutions, and legal documents.
  • Advise the board of directors on governance best practices and corporate policies.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and stakeholders as needed.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the board, management, and external parties.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Master’s degree, LLB, LLM, or CA from a recognized institution.
  • Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in financial management, legal advisory, or corporate governance.
  • Strong knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
