Call Center Representative – Telus Mobility

Outwerk Solutions is looking for dynamic, goal-driven individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives for our Telus Mobility project. As an International Call Center Executive, you will serve as a vital link between our global clients and business opportunities. Key Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Engage with international clients via phone, providing them with excellent service and solutions to their queries.
• Sales and Support: Assist customers with sales-related queries, product information, and troubleshooting, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Achieving Targets: Work towards set performance goals, including sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with team members to share best practices and improve service delivery.
• Record Keeping: Accurately log all interactions in the company’s CRM system and follow up on unresolved issues.

Qualifications

• Fluent English Communication: Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Customer-Centric: A friendly and professional attitude towards clients, with a strong ability to handle customer inquiries.
• Experience: International Call Center experience is a plus, but freshers with strong English skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Skills: High confidence, energy, and a passion for customer service and sales.
• Punctuality & Commitment: Reliable and disciplined, with a willingness to learn and grow.
