EFU Life is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join its team in Karachi. In this full-time on-site role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and developing strategies to drive growth. You will also be tasked with achieving sales targets and contributing to the expansion of the business.
Responsibilities
- Identify Business Opportunities: Recognize and pursue new market opportunities for the company’s takaful products.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to drive business growth.
- Growth Strategies: Develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand the company’s reach.
- Sales Achievement: Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting takaful products to potential clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and teams to ensure business development goals are met.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Strong background in business development, sales, and relationship building.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proven experience in developing growth strategies and achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of the insurance or takaful industry is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting.
- Certifications (Preferred): Business Development or Sales-related certifications would be a plus.
