Responsibilities:
- Security Management:
- Lead and manage airport security operations to ensure the safety and security of passengers, staff, and airport facilities.
- Oversee the implementation of security protocols and procedures in compliance with national and international standards.
- Coordinate with security agencies, government officials, and relevant stakeholders to address security concerns and enhance safety measures.
- Leadership and Coordination:
- Supervise and guide the security team, providing direction and support for their day-to-day activities.
- Plan and execute security drills, training programs, and workshops to keep the security team up to date with best practices.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend measures to mitigate potential threats or vulnerabilities at the airport.
- Emergency Response:

- Prepare and maintain emergency response plans and ensure that all personnel are familiar with them.
Qualifications:
- Educational Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as Security Management, Aviation Management, or related disciplines.
- Additional qualifications in Security or Aviation Management will be an added advantage.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in security operations, preferably in an aviation environment.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in a security-related role with leadership responsibilities.
