Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our US-based clients. This is a full-time, on-site position in Islamabad, with working hours from 8 PM to 5 AM. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations, including customer support, communication management, and handling daily administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide responsive customer service through email, phone calls, and chat.
  • Phone Management: Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing assistance as needed.
  • Email Management: Write and manage emails, responding to client inquiries and following up as required.
  • CRM Management: Use CRM tools to manage client interactions and maintain organized records.
  • File Management: Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule and manage appointments for clients, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Lead Generation: Assist with lead generation and data gathering to support business growth.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and update social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand presence.
  • Data Organization: Gather and organize data for analysis and reporting purposes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Excellent English Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication is a must.
  • Calendar & Appointment Management: Ability to organize and manage appointments efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Skilled in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with marketing, advertising, and public relations concepts.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Social Media Familiarity: Experience using and managing social media platforms.
  • Cloud-Based Platform Proficiency: Comfortable with tools like Google Docs, Skype, and other remote communication apps.
  • Time Management: Excellent ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Data Entry Skills: Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Previous Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory (discuss during the interview).
