The Prime Minister’s Office, Board of Investment (BOI) is seeking a Technical Specialist to contribute to critical projects aimed at boosting investment and business operations in Pakistan. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team responsible for managing and supporting key investment initiatives at the government level. Responsibilities
- Technical Expertise:
- Provide technical support and solutions for investment-related projects.
- Evaluate the technical aspects of investment proposals and recommend improvements.
- Support the development of technical strategies to enhance investment opportunities.
- Project Management:
- Lead or assist in the execution of various government investment projects.
- Ensure the successful implementation of projects within timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with government departments and other stakeholders.
- Policy and Analysis:
- Conduct technical analysis to support the formulation of investment policies.
- Identify and assess technical risks in investment projects and propose mitigation strategies.
- Reporting and Communication:
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for senior management.
- Communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Liaise with international and domestic stakeholders on investment matters.

Qualifications
- Educational Requirements:
- A Master’s Degree or B.S. in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Management, or related disciplines).
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in technical or investment-related roles.
- Experience in managing government projects or working in large organizations is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and technical software.
