A Private Company located in Islamabad is seeking qualified candidates for multiple management positions, including Team Manager and Branch Manager. Responsibilities:

  • Team Manager:
    • Lead, motivate, and manage a team to meet and exceed performance targets.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and productivity.
    • Conduct regular team meetings, set goals, and monitor progress.
    • Provide training and mentorship to team members, ensuring continuous professional development.
    • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Branch Manager:
    • Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
    • Manage the branch team, assigning tasks, setting targets, and evaluating performance.
    • Develop and implement branch-specific sales strategies to achieve business goals.
    • Handle financial management, including budgeting, expenses, and reporting.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
    • Monitor and analyze branch performance, implementing necessary improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Team Manager:
    • Minimum Education: Intermediate, Bachelor, or BA in any relevant field.
    • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Experience: Previous experience in team management or leadership roles preferred.
  • Branch Manager:
    • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree, or relevant qualification.
    • Skills: Strong managerial, financial, and customer service skills.
    • Experience: Prior experience in branch management or relevant management roles is highly desirable.
