This full-time, on-site role is based in Islamabad and will involve overseeing social media marketing campaigns, developing content strategies, optimizing online presence, and driving engagement across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing trends and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop and implement content strategies that align with clients’ brand objectives.
- Create and write engaging content for social media posts, blogs, and other digital platforms.
- Optimize social media presence by increasing engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- Analyze social media metrics and data to refine strategies for optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, content creation, and social media best practices.
- Manage multiple client accounts and deliver tailored solutions that meet specific client goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
- Strong communication, writing, and editing skills.
- Ability to develop and implement content strategies across different platforms.
- Experience in growing social media engagement and reach.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools, trends, and analytics.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
