2. Accreditation Expert
   • Oversee the accreditation process for procurement entities.
   • Ensure compliance with procurement standards and regulations.
   • Liaise with external bodies to maintain accreditation status.
3. Research Analyst
   • Conduct research on procurement policies and procedures.
   • Analyze trends and provide reports for decision-making.
   • Assist in policy formulation and regulatory updates.
4. Evaluation Specialist
   • Evaluate procurement processes and outcomes.
   • Develop frameworks for assessing the efficiency and impact of procurement activities.
   • Recommend improvements based on evaluation results.
5. Regulations Specialist
   • Draft and review procurement regulations and guidelines.
   • Stay updated on national and international procurement laws.
   • Advise on compliance and regulatory matters.
6. Admin Expert
   • Manage administrative functions within the organization.
   • Oversee day-to-day office operations.
   • Ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments.
7. Legal Expert (Litigation Specialist)
   • Handle legal matters related to procurement activities.
   • Provide advice on legal issues and litigation.
   • Draft and review legal documents and contracts.
8. E-Procurement Specialist
   • Lead the development and implementation of electronic procurement systems.
   • Ensure the integration of technology in procurement processes.
   • Train staff on the use of e-procurement tools.
9. Policy Specialist
   • Develop and implement procurement policies.
   • Analyze the impact of existing policies and propose new ones.
   • Ensure policies align with national objectives and international standards.
10. Internal Auditor
    • Conduct internal audits of procurement activities.
    • Identify areas of risk and recommend corrective actions.
    • Prepare audit reports for management review.
11. Procurement Associate
    • Assist in managing procurement activities and documentation.
    • Support the procurement team in day-to-day operations.
    • Monitor procurement compliance with organizational policies.
12. HR Specialist
    • Manage HR functions including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
    • Develop programs to improve employee engagement and performance.
13. Communication Specialist
    • Develop and manage communication strategies.
    • Liaise with the media and external stakeholders.
    • Draft press releases and other communication materials.

Qualifications:

• Training Expert, Accreditation Expert, Research Analyst, Legal Expert, E-Procurement Specialist, Policy Specialist, Internal Auditor, HR Specialist, etc.
  • Bachelor, Master, BA, MA, BCS, MCS, MBA, MIT, LLB, LLM, MSc, MS, or equivalent education.
  • Relevant experience in the respective field is preferred.
• Procurement Associate, Admin Expert, etc.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields.
  • Prior experience in procurement, administration, or related functions is desirable.
