Key Responsibilities
- Public Information Officer:
- Oversee public communication and information dissemination related to the embassy’s activities.
- Write, edit, and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other publications.
- Maintain and update the embassy’s website and social media accounts.
- Coordinate and manage media interactions and requests.
- Cultural Section Staff:
- Plan and execute cultural exchange programs and events between Japan and Pakistan.
- Assist in the coordination of Japanese language and culture classes, workshops, and exhibitions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with local cultural organizations, artists, and educational institutions.
- Promote Japanese culture through various outreach activities.

Qualifications
- Education:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communications, public relations, international relations, cultural studies, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Relevant work experience in public relations, media, or cultural management is preferred.
- Strong writing and communication skills are essential.
- Experience with social media management and event coordination is a plus.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English; knowledge of Japanese is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
