The Ministry of Water Resources (MOWR) Islamabad is currently inviting applications for the positions of Project Engineer, Sub Engineer, and Environmentalist. These positions are part of a government initiative aimed at improving water resource management and related infrastructure across Pakistan. Responsibilities:
- Project Engineer:
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and execution of water-related projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet regulatory requirements.

- Provide technical guidance and supervision during the construction and development phases.
- Sub Engineer:
- Assist in the management of water resource projects, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and standards.

- Coordinate with engineers and other staff members for efficient project execution.
- Environmentalist:
- Assess environmental impacts of water resource projects and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Conduct environmental assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Work with stakeholders to promote sustainable practices in water resource management.
Qualifications:
- Project Engineer & Sub Engineer:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management or engineering related to water resources is preferred.
- Environmentalist:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in environmental assessments, especially related to water resource management, is highly desirable.
