Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of health-related projects under the Ministry’s oversight.
- Coordinate project activities with various stakeholders, ensuring the timely delivery of services and project outcomes.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to goals and resources.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on the status of projects to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, financial, and administrative procedures within the Ministry.
- Facilitate communication between government bodies, contractors, and other involved parties to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
- Prepare and review project reports, including progress updates and final evaluations.
- Manage resources, including human resources and materials, required for project execution.
- Organize meetings, workshops, and training sessions to ensure project objectives are clearly communicated.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as Health Management, Public Administration, or Business Administration (MBA).
- Additional certifications in project management or healthcare administration will be an advantage.
- Skills:
- Strong experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Good understanding of healthcare systems and public health issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office tools.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
