The Ministry of National Health Services Regulations & Coordination (NHSRC), located in Islamabad, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the management and coordination of national health service projects that aim to improve the healthcare system across Pakistan.

Position Available:

  • Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of health-related projects under the Ministry’s oversight.
  • Coordinate project activities with various stakeholders, ensuring the timely delivery of services and project outcomes.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to goals and resources.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on the status of projects to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, financial, and administrative procedures within the Ministry.
  • Facilitate communication between government bodies, contractors, and other involved parties to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
  • Prepare and review project reports, including progress updates and final evaluations.
  • Manage resources, including human resources and materials, required for project execution.
  • Organize meetings, workshops, and training sessions to ensure project objectives are clearly communicated.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as Health Management, Public Administration, or Business Administration (MBA).
    • Additional certifications in project management or healthcare administration will be an advantage.
  • Skills:
    • Strong experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
    • Good understanding of healthcare systems and public health issues.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office tools.
    • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
