The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) is seeking qualified and experienced individuals for the roles of Policy Specialist and Internal Auditor. Available Positions & Responsibilities:
- Policy Specialist
- Develop and implement policies to improve procurement processes.
- Provide recommendations for policy improvements in alignment with national and international standards.
- Monitor the impact of procurement policies on the organization and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure policy effectiveness.
- Internal Auditor
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with PPRA guidelines and regulations.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to procurement and financial processes.
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for improvements in internal controls and processes.
- Work closely with the management team to ensure proper financial practices are followed.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related fields (LLB, LLM, MBA, MCS, MS, M.Sc, BCS, MIT, etc.).
- Professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are a plus for Internal Auditors.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in procurement policy, auditing, or regulatory roles is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in governmental or regulatory bodies will be advantageous.
