Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the office.
- Manage and maintain office records, correspondence, and filing systems.
- Coordinate with staff across departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
- Supervise office support staff and ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Assist in the planning and execution of organizational events and meetings.
- Ensure office supplies and equipment are well-stocked and in working condition.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in office administration or management roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently manage tasks with minimal supervision.
