Responsibilities:

  • Deputy Director & Assistant Director: Oversee academic and administrative operations within the university. Coordinate with faculty, staff, and management to ensure smooth functioning of the departments.
  • Supervisor & Lab Supervisor: Manage the daily activities of the assigned departments or labs. Supervise staff and ensure that academic and research activities are carried out efficiently.
  • Library Assistant & Assistant Librarian: Assist in maintaining library operations, cataloging books, and providing support to students and staff. Help with the organization of resources and user assistance.
  • Assistant Professor & Lecturer: Teach undergraduate or postgraduate courses in your subject area. Conduct research, publish papers, and contribute to academic development.
  • Engineer & Lab Engineer: Design, implement, and maintain engineering systems and laboratory equipment. Provide technical support to academic and research departments.
  • Deputy Assistant Director: Assist the Director in managing university functions, coordinating various activities, and ensuring compliance with university policies.
  • Developer: Work on the development of software applications and systems that support university administration, learning management, and other academic needs.
  • Associate Professor: Lead academic departments, conduct research, and mentor students. Supervise Ph.D. students and contribute to the overall development of academic programs.

Qualifications:

  • Deputy Director: Ph.D. or Master’s in a relevant field, with experience in educational administration.
  • Supervisor, Lab Supervisor & Deputy Assistant Director: Master’s or Bachelor’s in relevant disciplines with experience in management and supervision.
  • Library Assistant & Assistant Librarian: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Library Science, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Assistant Professor, Lecturer & Associate Professor: Ph.D. (for Associate Professor), M.Phil. (for Assistant Professor), and Master’s degree (for Lecturer) in the relevant academic discipline.
  • Engineer & Lab Engineer: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, with hands-on experience in the field.
  • Developer: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields, with experience in software development.
