Responsibilities:
- Manager & Assistant Manager Roles: Oversee logistics operations, manage teams, optimize processes, ensure compliance with regulations, and report on progress to higher management.
- Officer TIR/Customs: Handle customs procedures, documentation, and ensure compliance with international regulations.
- Accountant & Trip Closing Accountant: Manage financial records, process payments, and assist in budgeting and costing.
- Supervisor & Officer Contract Office Custom: Supervise daily operations, ensure smooth workflows, and maintain contractual documentation related to logistics and customs.
- Customer Service Manager: Ensure high standards of customer service, resolve client concerns, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- ERP & Cross-Border Assistant Manager: Manage the cross-border logistics operations and implement ERP solutions to streamline internal processes.
- Outdoor Executive: Ensure on-site operations are carried out efficiently, representing NLC at various locations.
Qualifications:
- Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MS degree in relevant fields (e.g., Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Accounting).
- Additional certifications related to logistics, ERP systems, or customs procedures will be an advantage.
- Experience:
- Relevant professional experience in logistics, customs, accounting, or customer service, depending on the position.
- Experience with ERP systems, logistics operations, or customer service management is highly desirable.
