Available Positions and Responsibilities
1. Manager
- Oversee disaster management projects and strategies.
- Ensure efficient resource allocation and coordination during disasters.
- Supervise teams and collaborate with national and regional agencies.
- Develop and implement disaster response plans and policies.
2. Assistant Manager (GIS)
- Manage GIS mapping and data analysis for disaster management projects.
- Support the development of GIS-based decision-making tools for disaster risk reduction.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date disaster information.
3. Assistant Manager (Operations)
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of disaster management units.
- Assist in the development of operational protocols for disaster response.
- Monitor and report on the status of ongoing operations during disaster situations.
4. Manager (INSAR)
- Manage INSAR (International Search and Rescue) operations during disaster situations.
- Lead and coordinate rescue missions with national and international teams.
- Develop and refine INSAR operational protocols for efficient disaster response.

Qualifications
- Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MS degree in relevant fields such as Disaster Management, Geography, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Experience:
- Relevant experience in disaster management, operations, GIS, or related fields is preferred.
- Experience in handling crisis situations and coordinating teams during emergencies is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of disaster management systems and GIS tools (for relevant roles).
- Ability to work under pressure and in challenging environments.
