The Ministry of Information & Broadcasting (MOIB) invites applications from qualified and dynamic individuals for various management and administrative roles. Available Positions & Responsibilities:

  1. Content Developer
    • Develop and curate content for various media platforms.
    • Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
    • Work closely with teams to ensure content aligns with the ministry’s objectives.
  2. Stenotypist
    • Assist in taking dictation and transcribing documents accurately.
    • Perform clerical duties including typing, filing, and document management.
    • Handle correspondence and other administrative tasks as required.
  3. Assistant
    • Provide administrative support, including handling communications, scheduling meetings, and maintaining files.
    • Assist senior staff with project management and day-to-day office tasks.
    • Perform other office duties as assigned.
  4. Project Head
    • Lead and manage key projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
    • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Monitor and report on project progress and address any challenges.
  5. Campaign Manager
    • Plan, execute, and manage media campaigns to promote ministry objectives.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the success of campaigns.
    • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  6. Naib Qasid
    • Perform office support tasks including handling deliveries, assisting in mail management, and maintaining cleanliness.
    • Provide general administrative assistance to the team as needed.
  7. Researcher
    • Conduct research on various topics relevant to the ministry’s goals.
    • Analyze data and compile reports for decision-making.
    • Assist in the preparation of research publications and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Content Developer, Stenotypist, Assistant, Project Head, Campaign Manager, Researcher:
    • Bachelor, BBA, BCS, MBA, MS, or equivalent.
    • Relevant experience in content development, project management, research, or campaign management is preferred.
  • Naib Qasid:
    • Primary or Middle education.
    • Previous experience in office support roles is a plus but not required.
