Responsibilities (Sample Positions):
- Subedar Major/Subedar/Havaldar: Supervise and lead teams of employees in their assigned duties. Ensure tasks are performed efficiently and in compliance with company standards. Provide training and development to junior staff.
- Order Booker: Take and process orders from clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Communicate with customers to resolve any issues related to their orders.
- Graphic Designer: Create visual content for marketing and promotional materials. Develop designs that align with the company’s branding and communication objectives.
- Sales Executive/Sales Staff/Salesman: Engage with customers, promote products or services, and close sales. Track sales targets and report on progress.
- Recovery Officer: Follow up with clients to collect outstanding payments. Maintain professional relationships with customers while ensuring timely recovery of dues.
- Electrician: Install and maintain electrical systems in company facilities. Perform routine checks to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Cook: Prepare meals according to company specifications, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Admin Officer/Office Assistant: Handle administrative tasks, including document management, scheduling, and communication between departments.
- Driver: Safely transport goods or personnel to various locations. Maintain the vehicle and ensure it is operating efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Preferred qualifications: Intermediate, BBA, BA, B.com, DAE, Matric, Middle, Bachelor, or relevant diplomas.
- Specific roles may require additional certifications, such as a Graphic Designer degree or Auto Technician qualification.
- Relevant experience is preferred for positions like Sales Executive, Recovery Officer, and Admin Officer.
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a team environment.
