Job Responsibilities

As a Legal Advisor at CCP, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing legal advice and expertise on competition law matters.

• Offering legal guidance on regulatory issues and policies.

Qualifications

• Education:
  • LLB (Bachelor of Laws) or LLM (Master of Laws) from a recognized university.
• Experience:
  • Previous experience in competition law, corporate law, or regulatory law is highly preferred but not mandatory.

  • Strong understanding of legal processes and competition law.
  • Excellent research, drafting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to provide strategic legal counsel and manage complex legal issues.
