Key Responsibilities
- Insurance Agent:

- Air Conditioner Technician:
- Install, repair, and maintain air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions.
- Ensure proper operation of installed units and systems.
- Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning and replacing filters, checking refrigerant levels, and inspecting electrical components.
- Provide technical support to clients and offer solutions to improve system efficiency.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during installation and maintenance work.
Qualifications
- Insurance Agent:
- Education: Intermediate, Bachelor, or similar qualifications.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Knowledge of insurance products and services is preferred (training will be provided).
- Air Conditioner Technician:
- Education: Intermediate, Matric, or relevant technical certifications.
- Previous experience in air conditioning installation and maintenance is preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and install air conditioning systems.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigerants.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
