Responsibilities
- Design Creation:
- Develop creative concepts and design layouts for various marketing materials including advertisements, brochures, posters, and digital content.
- Create visually engaging graphics for websites, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop branding and design strategies.
- Project Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure all design projects align with brand guidelines and client expectations.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for design concepts.
- Design Optimization:
- Use design software to produce high-quality images and graphics.
- Ensure designs are optimized for various mediums, including print, web, and social media.
- Feedback Implementation:
- Incorporate feedback from team members and clients into design revisions.
- Maintain and manage design files for easy retrieval and future updates.

Qualifications
- Educational Requirements:
- Intermediate, Bachelor, BA, DAE, ICS or equivalent in a relevant field (such as graphic design, visual arts, or multimedia design).
- Certifications in graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva are preferred.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Canva is required.
- Prior work experience in a design role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills:
- Strong proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
- Good understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and clients.
