Responsibilities:

• Front Desk Officer:
  • Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and handle inquiries.
  • Manage scheduling and appointments for the organization.
  • Maintain office records, ensure smooth operations at the front desk, and provide administrative support.
• Test Supervisor:
  • Oversee the administration of tests and examinations, ensuring that all procedures are followed correctly.
  • Ensure the integrity of the testing environment, monitor test-takers, and resolve any issues that arise during testing.
  • Prepare reports regarding the test administration.
• District Coordinator:
  • Coordinate testing activities across multiple districts.
  • Supervise and manage test centers in assigned districts.
  • Ensure compliance with testing policies and procedures.
• Physical Test Supervisor:
  • Supervise the physical test process, ensuring all candidates adhere to the established rules and guidelines.
  • Ensure fairness and accuracy during physical testing events.
  • Record and report test results.
• Security Supervisor:
  • Oversee security personnel to ensure the safety and security of test centers and facilities.
  • Monitor and enforce security measures, including crowd control and surveillance during test administration.
• Chief Testing Supervisor:
  • Manage and supervise all aspects of test administration.
  • Ensure that all supervisors and staff are properly trained and prepared for their roles.
  • Report on the overall performance and integrity of testing processes.
• Invigilator:
  • Supervise students during examinations, ensuring that they follow all examination rules.
  • Address any issues or concerns that may arise during the exam period.
  • Report any irregularities or violations during the exam.

Qualifications:

• Front Desk Officer / Test Supervisor / District Coordinator / Physical Test Supervisor / Security Supervisor / Chief Testing Supervisor:
  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MS degree in any relevant field (such as Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines).
  • Previous experience in administration, testing, or supervisory roles is preferred but not required.
• Invigilator:
  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or BS degree.
  • Experience in educational testing or as an invigilator is an advantage.
