Foundation University Islamabad is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join its team as the Director of Quality Assurance. This leadership role will focus on ensuring the highest standards of academic and administrative quality across the university. Key Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance Strategy:
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies that align with the university’s goals and accreditation requirements.
- Monitor and assess the quality of academic programs, teaching methods, and administrative processes.
- Evaluate feedback from students, faculty, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
- Policy Development & Implementation:
- Establish and update quality assurance policies and procedures in line with national and international standards.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation bodies and regulatory authorities.
- Team Management & Training:
- Lead and manage the quality assurance department, ensuring efficient performance.
- Organize training programs for faculty and staff to promote quality assurance practices.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare reports for senior management, highlighting key findings, trends, and areas of improvement.
- Conduct internal audits and quality assessments to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Education:
- A Master’s (MS) or MPhil degree in Education, Management, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in quality assurance or accreditation, ideally within the academic sector.
- Experience in managing teams and implementing quality improvement initiatives is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of academic accreditation processes and quality management systems.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with academic and administrative staff.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
