Responsibilities:
- Computer Operator:
- Operate computers and office equipment efficiently.
- Maintain and manage records and databases.
- Assist in preparing reports and documents.
- Perform data entry tasks and other office-related duties as required.
- Office Staff:
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, answering phone calls, and organizing files.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure that office equipment is in working condition.
- Provide support to senior management and staff members as needed.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
- Tabib (Traditional Practitioner):
- Provide traditional medical consultations and treatment.
- Maintain patient records and offer health advice.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and best practices.
- Telemarketing Officer:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Promote and sell products or services.
- Maintain customer relationships and follow up on leads.
- Achieve set sales targets and meet customer satisfaction expectations.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Computer Operator & Office Staff: Preferably Matric, Intermediate, or Bachelor’s degree (BA).
- Tabib: Relevant certification or experience in traditional medicine (discuss during the interview).
- Telemarketing Officer: Matric, Intermediate, or Bachelor’s degree with experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
- Experience:
- Prior experience in similar roles will be an advantage, especially for the positions of Computer Operator, Office Staff, and Telemarketing Officer.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Proficiency in computer systems and office software for the Computer Operator role.
- Sales and marketing experience for the Telemarketing Officer role.
- Knowledge of traditional medicine for the Tabib role.
