Responsibilities:

  • Computer Call Operator:

Qualifications:

  • Computer Call Operator:
    • Education: Middle, Matric, Intermediate, or Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
    • Previous experience in customer service or call center operations is a plus.
    • Good computer skills and familiarity with office software.
    • Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
  • Clerk:
    • Education: Middle, Matric, Intermediate, or Bachelor’s (Preferred).
    • Previous clerical or administrative experience is an advantage.
    • Proficient in using office software (MS Office, email, etc.).
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
