Responsibilities:

  • Assistant Director (Technical Audit & Software Testing):
    • Oversee and manage technical audits and software testing projects to ensure quality standards.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate system performance, identify improvements, and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
    • Prepare audit and testing reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Software Test Analyst:
    • Conduct software testing, ensuring that applications meet quality standards and function as intended.
    • Report issues, manage defect logs, and collaborate with developers to ensure timely issue resolution.
    • Assist in the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.
  • Deputy Assistant Director:
    • Provide operational support in managing technical audit and testing processes.
    • Help organize, direct, and control daily operations to achieve project goals efficiently.
    • Liaise with senior staff and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred Education:
    • Bachelor’s Degree or BCS (Bachelor of Computer Science) in relevant fields like Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
  • Skills and Experience:
    • Knowledge of software testing methodologies, quality assurance, and auditing processes.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
    • Experience in government or technology sectors is a plus.
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
