Responsibilities

Admin Clerk

  • Perform general clerical duties, including filing, typing, data entry, and maintaining office records.

  • Assist in preparing and organizing reports, documents, and correspondence.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of daily administrative tasks and support office staff as needed.

Waiter

  • Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
  • Serve food and drinks to customers promptly and courteously.
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of tables, utensils, and dining areas.
  • Assist with setting up and clearing tables.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a polite and efficient manner.
  • Ensure the dining area remains tidy and organized throughout service hours.

Qualifications

  • Educational Requirements:
    • Admin Clerk:
      • Intermediate, DAE, or equivalent education preferred.
      • Basic knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and other office software.
    • Waiter:
      • Middle, Matric, or Intermediate education preferred.
      • Prior experience in the hospitality or foodservice industry is an advantage.
      • Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
      • Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Admin Clerk:
      • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
      • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Waiter:
      • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
      • Ability to stand for long periods and manage a fast-paced environment.
      • Knowledge of basic hygiene and food safety standards.
