Responsibilities
- Teaching and Instruction: Deliver high-quality lectures and tutorials in the relevant fields (Medicine, Dentistry, or related areas).
- Curriculum Development: Develop and update course materials in alignment with current trends in the medical and dental fields.
- Research and Development: Conduct research in your area of expertise and publish findings in recognized academic journals.
- Administrative Duties: As a Registrar, oversee student records, academic schedules, and assist in the administrative functioning of the institution.
- Supervision: Guide and mentor students during practical sessions, clinical training, and academic activities.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other faculty members, departments, and external institutions for academic and research purposes.
- Student Engagement: Engage in the academic growth of students, providing support and feedback on their progress.
Qualifications
- Professor:
- Ph.D. in a relevant field (preferably in Medicine or Dentistry).
- Minimum of 5-10 years of academic experience in a teaching role in a reputable institution.
- Strong research background and publication in academic journals.
- Associate Professor:
- Ph.D., M.Phil., or Master’s in the relevant field, MBBS, or BDS.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a teaching or academic role.
- Assistant Professor:
- Ph.D., M.Phil., or Master’s in a relevant subject, or MBBS, BDS.
- 2-3 years of relevant teaching or professional experience.
- Registrar:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with experience in educational administration.
- Previous experience as a registrar or in an administrative role in an academic setting is preferred.
