Responsibilities

  • Land Surveyor:
    • Conduct land surveys, assess property boundaries, and ensure accurate data collection for project development.
    • Prepare detailed reports and work closely with site engineers to plan construction activities.
  • Site Engineer:
    • Oversee the construction site, ensuring that activities are carried out according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
    • Supervise construction workers and ensure work progresses on time and within budget.
  • Accountant:
    • Manage financial transactions, bookkeeping, and prepare reports.
    • Handle budgeting, financial forecasting, and provide accounting support for ongoing projects.
  • Manager Business Development:
    • Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and generate new revenue streams.
    • Assist in the development of business proposals and strategic partnerships.
  • Site Supervisor:
    • Supervise daily activities on the construction site, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
    • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to maintain the construction schedule.
  • Quantity Surveyor:
    • Estimate project costs, monitor expenditures, and ensure that projects stay within budget.
    • Prepare bills of quantities, tender documentation, and assist in contract management.
  • Tender Preparation Manager:
    • Prepare and review tender documents, including technical and financial proposals.
    • Coordinate with clients and consultants to ensure accurate and competitive tenders.

Qualifications

  • Land Surveyor, Site Engineer, and Site Supervisor:
    • Education: DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering), Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
    • Experience: 2 years of relevant experience in construction site management and survey work.
  • Accountant:
    • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Experience: 2+ years of experience in financial management or accounting, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Manager Business Development:
    • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Experience: 2+ years of experience in business development or sales in the construction or real estate sector.
  • Quantity Surveyor and Tender Preparation Manager:
    • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
    • Experience: 2+ years of experience in cost estimation, tender preparation, and project financial management in construction projects.
