Available Positions:

  1. Admin Officer
  2. Accounts Officer
  3. Customer Relations Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Admin Officer:
    • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning of administrative tasks.
    • Manage office supplies, equipment, and ensure the workplace is organized.
    • Assist in coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and maintaining office records.
    • Handle communication and correspondence with staff, clients, and suppliers.
    • Support HR functions such as scheduling interviews and managing employee records.
  • Accounts Officer:
    • Maintain accurate financial records, including processing payments and managing accounts payable/receivable.
    • Prepare and analyze financial reports and balance sheets.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
    • Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
    • Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Customer Relations Officer:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provide updates on project status, timelines, and company policies to clients.
    • Assist in customer feedback collection and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Coordinate between customers and relevant internal teams to ensure service quality.

Qualifications:

  • Admin Officer:
    • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
    • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Experience: Prior experience in administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Accounts Officer:
    • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
    • Experience: Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance roles.
  • Customer Relations Officer:
    • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience: Experience in customer service or client relations is a plus.
