Key Responsibilities:
- Call Operator:
- Answer inbound customer calls and provide prompt, professional assistance.
- Address customer queries and concerns efficiently.
- Handle call routing and forward customer requests to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain accurate records of call details and resolutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing effective communication and follow-up.
- Waiter:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service operations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Middle, Matric, Intermediate, or Bachelor’s degree (BA/ICS preferred).
- Prior experience in customer service or the hospitality industry is a plus (for Call Operators and Waiters).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
