Responsibilities
- Guard: Ensure security of hospital premises, monitor entrances, and manage security operations.
- Lift Man: Operate and maintain hospital elevators, assisting patients and staff in accessing different floors.
- Mali (Gardener): Maintain hospital gardens, landscaping, and green areas.
- Cook: Prepare nutritious meals for patients and staff, following hygiene and safety standards.
- Sweeper: Ensure cleanliness of hospital premises, including floors, corridors, and public areas.
- Sanitary Supervisor: Oversee cleanliness standards and supervise the cleaning staff.
- Ward Boy: Assist in patient care, including bed making, helping patients with daily needs, and delivering messages.
- Aya (Nurse Assistant): Assist nursing staff with patient care, feeding, and basic medical tasks.
- Barber: Provide hair cutting and grooming services to patients.
- Masalchi: Help prepare food and assist in the kitchen.
- Bearer: Transport food, documents, and small equipment around the hospital.
- Driver: Drive hospital vehicles for staff and patient transportation.
- Naib Qasid: Assist with office tasks, filing, and maintaining hospital records.
- Nan Bai: Prepare fresh bread and related products for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Primary, Middle, or Matric: Preferred for most positions.
- Relevant experience in the respective role will be considered an advantage.
