Responsibilities:
- Math Teacher:
- Teach mathematics to students according to the curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans and assignments.
- Evaluate student progress and provide feedback.
- Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
- Insurance Agent:
- Promote and sell insurance policies.
- Advise clients on suitable insurance options.
- Handle customer queries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Achieve sales targets and meet client satisfaction standards.
- Office Staff:
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, communication, and file management.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support other departments as needed.
- Air Conditioner Installer & Technician:
- Install and maintain air conditioning systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair AC units.
- Provide customer support regarding AC maintenance and usage.
- Subject Tutor:
- Provide one-on-one or group tutoring in specific subjects.
- Help students understand difficult concepts and improve academic performance.
- Security Guard & Fauji Guard:
- Ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- Monitor access points and conduct regular security checks.
- Female Office Staff:
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks.
- Support senior staff and ensure smooth office operations.
- English Teacher & Teacher:
- Teach English or other subjects as per the curriculum.
- Prepare lessons and assignments for students.
- Assess and evaluate student performance.
- Solider:
- Perform duties related to the defense and security operations of the organization.
- Follow orders and maintain discipline.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Math Teacher, English Teacher, and Subject Tutor: BA, Intermediate, or relevant degree in education.
- Insurance Agent: Matric, Intermediate, or Bachelor’s degree with experience in sales or insurance preferred.
- Air Conditioner Installer/Technician: Relevant technical qualification or experience in installation and maintenance.
- Office Staff, Female Office Staff: Matric, Intermediate, or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Security Guard & Fauji Guard: No formal education required, but previous experience in security roles is preferred.
- JCO (Junior Commissioned Officer), Solider, Teacher: Relevant military or teaching background.
