Responsibilities:

  • Office Staff:

  • Aya (Nanny):
    • Provide care and supervision to children, ensuring their well-being.
    • Help children with basic daily tasks such as eating, bathing, and playing.
    • Light household tasks related to child care.
  • Ladies Staff:
    • Assist with various tasks related to household management.
    • Help with general cleaning, organizing, and light housekeeping duties.
    • May assist with child care or other family needs.
  • Sales Staff:
    • Engage with customers, answer queries, and assist with the sales process.
    • Maintain product knowledge and inform customers about available options.
    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • House Maid / Maid:
    • Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and organizing.
    • Help with laundry, ironing, and other household chores.
    • Ensure a clean and safe environment within the house.
  • Salesman:
    • Assist in promoting and selling products.
    • Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales service.
    • Ensure products are displayed properly and manage inventory as needed.
  • Receptionist:
    • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or persons.
    • Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
    • Perform administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, filing documents, and handling emails.
  • Bawarchi (Cook):
    • Prepare meals based on set menus or personal preferences.
    • Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are met.
    • Help with menu planning, shopping, and food preparation.

Qualifications:

  • Office Staff / Receptionist / Sales Staff:
    • Intermediate, Bachelor’s, or BA degree.
    • Experience in office administration or customer service is preferred.
  • Aya / Maid / House Maid / Ladies Staff:
    • Middle, Matric, or Intermediate education.
    • Experience in child care or housekeeping is an advantage.
  • Salesman / Bawarchi (Cook):
    • Middle, Matric, or Intermediate education.
    • Relevant experience in sales or cooking is required for these roles.
