Qualifications:
- Educational Requirements:
- MS, Master’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality assurance or operational role, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing quality assurance processes.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and improve processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with different departments and stakeholders.
