Key Responsibilities
- Computer Programmer:
- Design, develop, and maintain software systems and applications for rescue operations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with other team members to implement technological improvements.
- Emergency Medical Technician (EMT):
- Provide emergency medical care to injured or ill individuals at the scene of accidents.
- Transport patients to medical facilities when required.
- Ensure the appropriate handling of medical equipment and maintain proper documentation.
- Deputy Director Monitoring Enforcement:
- Oversee and ensure compliance with rescue operations protocols.
- Monitor performance metrics of enforcement activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Enforcement Officer:
- Ensure the enforcement of rules and regulations related to emergency services.
- Collaborate with local authorities and other stakeholders to maintain law and order during emergencies.
- Conduct inspections and audits of emergency response vehicles and equipment.
- Rescue Driver (LTV):
- Operate rescue vehicles to reach emergency locations quickly and safely.
- Ensure that vehicles are well-maintained and ready for immediate deployment.
- Assist rescue teams during emergency operations.
- Maintenance Technician:
- Perform routine maintenance on rescue vehicles and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues as needed.
- Ensure all rescue equipment is functioning optimally.
Qualifications
- Preferred Educational Qualifications:
- Matric for some roles
- DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineer) for technical positions
- MBBS, MS, MIT, or MCS for relevant medical and technical roles
- Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude for maintenance and IT roles.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in high-pressure situations.
- Relevant certifications, such as EMT training or technical certifications, are a plus.
