Job Responsibilities
- Manager:

- Ensure the health of plants and trees, and assist in the decoration of outdoor areas.
- Sweeper & Guard:
- Ensure cleanliness and security of company premises.
- Carry out cleaning duties and ensure the safety of staff and assets within the office.
- Driver (LTV):
- Safely drive company vehicles for transport duties.
- Ensure vehicle maintenance and upkeep are up to standard.
- Record Keeper:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company documents and files.
- Organize and ensure the safe storage of data and records.
- Electrician:
- Handle electrical maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure the electrical safety of the workplace by following proper protocols.
- Parking Boy:
- Assist with parking and managing company vehicles.

Qualifications
- Education:
