Job Responsibilities

• Chief Information Technology Systems:
  • Oversee and manage IT infrastructure and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies for IT systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure cybersecurity measures and data protection protocols are in place.
  • Manage the IT department and budget effectively.
• Chief Internal Auditor:
  • Lead internal audit functions to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Review and evaluate internal controls and risk management processes.
  • Conduct audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure financial integrity.
  • Report findings to senior management and provide recommendations.
• Chief Supply Chain Management Officer:
  • Oversee the supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain and reduce costs.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on supply chain performance metrics.
• Chief Legal Officer:
  • Manage legal matters and ensure compliance with local, national, and international laws.
  • Advise management on legal risks, contractual issues, and disputes.
  • Represent MEPCO in legal proceedings and negotiate contracts.
  • Oversee the legal department and ensure timely resolution of legal matters.

Qualifications

• Chief Information Technology Systems:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in IT management, preferably in the energy or utilities sector.
  • Familiarity with IT governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
• Chief Internal Auditor:
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CIA, ACCA, or CPA will be a plus.
  • Extensive experience in internal auditing, risk management, and financial controls.
• Chief Supply Chain Management Officer:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
  • Significant experience in supply chain operations and management.
  • Knowledge of procurement practices, logistics, and inventory control systems.
• Chief Legal Officer:
  • LLB, LLM, or equivalent legal qualifications.
  • Extensive experience in corporate law, contracts, and legal risk management.
  • Previous experience in a leadership legal role is preferred.
