Responsibilities
- Chief Information Technology Systems:

- Chief Internal Auditor:
- Develop and execute internal audits to assess the effectiveness of financial controls.
- Ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations.
- Report findings to senior management and suggest corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Education: LLM, ACCA, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or LLB in relevant fields.
- Proven experience in a leadership role in the IT, supply chain, legal, or internal audit departments.
- Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- For Chief Legal Officer and Chief Internal Auditor positions, a thorough understanding of corporate law and auditing standards is required.
