Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production processes in the corrugation section, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Plan and schedule production activities to ensure timely delivery and adherence to customer requirements.
- Monitor production performance, analyzing production data and implementing improvements where necessary.
- Ensure that machinery and equipment are operating efficiently and identify areas for maintenance or improvement.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure that resources are allocated effectively and production targets are met.
- Work closely with other departments to manage workflow and resolve any production or planning issues.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality control and adherence to industry standards.
- Prepare and maintain reports on production activities, progress, and performance.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in production planning and management, particularly within a manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of corrugation processes and the related machinery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Previous experience in the packaging industry is a plus.
- A Degree in Engineering or relevant certifications related to industrial processes.
