Responsibilities
- Naib Qasid:
- Assist senior staff with daily administrative tasks.
- Deliver and receive documents and correspondence between departments.
- Provide support in maintaining office cleanliness and organization.
- Ensure timely handling of office items, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Sanitary Worker:
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in designated areas of the Governor House.
- Perform regular cleaning duties, including dusting, mopping, and garbage disposal.
- Ensure all public and private spaces are hygienic and orderly.
- Mali:
- Maintain the gardens and green areas of the Governor House.
- Plant, water, and care for plants and flowers.
- Perform landscaping tasks as necessary.
Qualifications
- Naib Qasid:
- Primary or Middle education preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform basic office tasks.
- Sanitary Worker & Mali:
- Primary or Middle education.
- Previous experience in sanitation or gardening will be advantageous but not required.
- Good physical health and ability to perform manual tasks.
