Responsibilities: As a member of the security staff, your responsibilities will include:
- Security Guard & Havaldar:
- Monitor and secure premises, buildings, and properties.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections to ensure safety and security.
- Respond to emergencies and incidents, ensuring quick resolution and safety.
- Security Staff, Sepoy, Subedar, and Subedar Major:
- Oversee and manage security operations for assigned areas.
- Assist in coordinating and supervising security teams.
- Ensure the enforcement of security policies and procedures.
- Control access to premises and monitor security systems.
- Handle security-related incidents and report them as required.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum qualification of Middle, Matric, or Intermediate education.
- Experience: Previous experience in security or military roles is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical tasks and patrol duties as required.
- Age Limit: Age should be between 18 to 45 years (discuss during the interview).
